My husb purchased aids from this co.We were told that ins would cover $1500.They collected all but $1500 from us.We pd thousands up front at visit 1, on a Sat.They couldn't call ins to confirm how much they would pay.It ended up the union my husb works for has a contract with AQ to pay well over $1500.What ended up happening is, my husband got a statement from ins detailing the figures,&they ended up paying all but Approx.$925,therefor meaning our only patient amnt due was Approx.$925.We over paid AQ multiple thousands of $.So they took thousands from us&thousands from ins,therefor dbl dipping.As far as I am concerned this is ins fraud.We called their Corp off twice&have got vm.No respect to call us back.&the local off would not deal with us.We have been in contact with our union&they confirm what we are saying is correct&that they do in fact owe a refund&we over pd&they are the ones who told us about this contract.AQ refuses to reimb our$.We will be contacting our atty&BBB.
