User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by AWFUL 12/03/2010 From the moment she answered the phone I should have known BUT I took 3 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I went and put them on, The gal made a cuff asked me if I liked it ? I said yes . She then said OK I will match them all to this length . She said they would be ready Wed. and that they would call. I never received a call so on Thursday at 3pm I called to see if they were ready and thats when the little gal said..... she was up until 2am because of me !! She had cut 1 pair and haulted because she was not sure on the measurement, and to get "MY TAIL END" down there so she could take a proper measurement. First of all I NEVER knew there was any problems because she NEVER called me and secondly she is BLAMING ME for being up all night and then demanding I get "my tail end" down there !! I was so upset with her rudness and the extreame lack of customer service . I went into the store told her I was there to pick up my pants and take my bus

I went to here to get my shirt fixed and she said that she works on these clothes all the time and that its no problem and said that it wil be done within a week. When the week was done I came by it was not even worked on yet, not even touched and she told me it will be completed in 2 days....I also brought more items that she can repair and at the same time said that all of them will be done in 2 days. After 2 days, I dropped by, and guess what? still my first shirt was not done. So she had it done in 15 minutes when I was there waiting. As a sign of goodwill she told me that the other 2 items will be completed by Monday. Sure enough, still was not completed and told me to call the next day... I called the next day and she told me that to pick them up by 5pm. I came by at 545pm and still not done. I decided to take my business elsewhere since she cant . I told her dont ever my promises that you cant keep. This is my first time going here and now my last.... read this and be warned...

I spoke with her on the phone, she seemed to be very affordable but she was extremely rude, I asked her about her one day service and she yelled at me that she no longer offers that and demanded to know where i heard that information. Based on her phone manners i did not work with her.
