Wow, what can I say...unprofessional and no class. I would know the assistant managers or sale managers name if he introduced himself to me, but he didn't.



Basically, the salesman was full of crap over the phone. I was already at one Mitsubishi dealership and I knew exactly what I could get for my trade, and what the value of the new car would be. It was very simple, cash was involved. The numbers were no where close and the SM or AM threw my keys on the counter and in a unprofessional way, he said, "what are you trying to accomplish here". A simple, "we can't do that offer", would have been fine with me...F-
