I went to the Superstition Springs Center with my mom on 11/27/2010 get my daughter a watch for Christmas. My mom was told they did not have the one my daughter wanted in the store but would be happy to order it for us. I said I could just do it at home and Rachel R. insisted that she could do it for us, so we let her. We paid for the watch and a shipping cost. My mom called several times about her order and was told all times that it would be in shortly and they would call her when it got in. On December 17 my mom was shopping and stopped in to check on it, she was then told it had never been ordered and the watch is no longer available but to bring my daughter in and they would make it right with us as it was their employees fault it was not ordered.

When going in on December 18 a nice gentlemen helped us and asked who waited on us to begin with, when we showed him the receipt he apologized and he was sure they could make us happy. My daughter picked out a watch that she was not near as happy with but the price was a bit more than the one we first got. He said it should be no problem to just exchange it as it was the store employee that caused this problem in the first place, however when the manager on hand, Rory D. came up he stated that all they could do is give us a 10% discount on that watch as that was the discount the store was running at the time of our original purchase. We got our money back and left the store, I had planned on making some more purchases' for my family for Christmas but put everything down as this was very poor Customer Service.
