For over 5 years we have been coming to this IHOP, we love it. It is always clean, the tables and chairs are starting to show some wear but it is always clean. The food is fantastic, served hot, great ice tea. And the service is fantastic especially when we get our favorite waitress Felicia. She remembers our favorites, greets with a big smile and a hello. We feel very comfortable here. Everyone always has a positive attitude. And the prices are reasonable. If you are over 55 they have a great savings menu with smaller portions.

the best food that taste good and hot all the time. and the workers are all nice even if they are ones that are not for your table.. you must try this location ...you will see a difference. this might be out of your way but. its worth it.nice.nice.nice staff that's the way it should be.
