I had previously had a good experience with them, but can no longer say that. When my scooter broke down, Logan promised to fix it as soon as possible, as he KNEW it was my only mode of transportation. Week after week he put me off, sighting problems like finding parts and shipping. Over a month later, he informed me he wouldn't be able to fix it. My mechanic friend promised to look at it, and it took another week and a half before Logan would go drop it off. When it arrived, it was in so many pieces, my mechanic informed me it would be less expensive to buy a new one. Logan refuses to take any responsibility for the MESS his technician has made of my scooter. Any appeals to his morals, business or legalities have been brushed off and ignored.
