I was really impressed with the customer service. You walk into so many places and get treated like you're an inconvenience. Not here, these folks are all around the most customer focused I've dealt with in a long time. The list of services provided was substantial, I was surprised by how much they do there. As long as the customer service remains this good, I'm not going anywhere else.

4 th time I have used this place. Great job. Friendly, knowledgable and convenient. They even have gift wrapping at a reasonable price of 3 to 7 dollars per gift. Definitely worth it to have them do my wrapping this year! Also had plenty of inventory of all kinds of paper, boxes, pens... Went out of way to be helpful to send cheapest way!

I was on my way to the post office and spotted them. I hate dealing with the post office so I thought I would check it out, I just needed to ship some docs to my insurance company. Talk about friendly and easy. They had my stuff ready to go in a couple of minutes and I decided to send it FedEx since the price was close to same and I trust FedEx more than the Postal Service. However they do have all shipping options. The store is very neat and professional, it doesn't have that "gift shop" look of most Mail Box and Shipping Stores, but there is a good selection of merchandise. I know this is where I'll be doing any shipping going forward. Super nice people running the show!
