I use to work for this company, first off they paid all of the employees to write the good reviews that you see. There is 1 real review from a customer, the negative one. I don't understand why companies have to lie to make the selves look good? Are they hiding something? You be the judge.

I am absolutely ecstatic about this place! I will be back, you can count on that!

The manager was very nice and fair. I will be coming back if any other problems arise.

When dealing with car care it is really hard to find people who will actually treat you honestly and work with integrity. I have ALWAYS been happy with the service at Red Mountain Tire and Auto, and have no second thoughts as to whether or not they will be honest and fair. I know they will, always.

My truck was giving me numerous problems and genious me thought I could fix it myself... Finally after weeks of stuggling with it, I took it here. Best decision ever. It runs like the day I got it!

This auto shop has never done me wrong. Alot of my family members get serviced here as well and they all love it. We have never had a problem with the job they did on any of our cars. The staff is outstanding and extremely welcoming.

I absolutely love this auto shop. I would not take my car anywhere else. I trust this place, and the staff who work there. They are kinda and friendly and truly care about the safty of your car. It is an overall great place.

These people are the only people I will ever go to. They never recommend anything I don't need. I have always asked for the reason why they recommend stuff and they will take me out to my car and show me. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys! Melissa B.

First, they put the wrong coolant in my Passat during an oil change. My model takes something very specific, which they don't stock. I should have stopped using them after that. However, they are always very polite and have my car done when they say they will. The next time, they recommended a transmission fluid flush, which the manufacturer doesn't even recommend. They were just doing this to make money, so I no longer trust them.

Will do business with again. great customer service and great follow up!
