I’ve been a loyal Lexus customer for over 12 years. I recently purchased a new vehicle last month from the Superstition Springs dealership for the first time. It was a horrible experience with a lack of customer service all-round; everyone from the GM, Brent, to my Sales Representative, Ali, to Greg in Service. I love the Lexus brand, but please take this as a warning, do not work though this dealership. They will sell you a brand new car and then forget about you, choosing not to communicate when issues arise. Very unprofessional team, I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just had the most Fantastic buying experience at Superstition Springs Lexus yesterday, want to send a Shout Out and give my highest complements to the entire Professional Staff at this Dealership! Everyone who was involved in the process could not have been more cordial or professional, and my Sales Consultant David Schmidt was Great!



From the speed at which my internet inquiry was responded to by the Internet Director, Rashad Creigh, to getting my questions answered about the Used Vehicle I was interested in by the Salesperson who took it in trade, Easton McIntosh, the treatment I received from my Sales Consultant, David Schmidt, the quick and easy negotiations with the help of the Sales Manager Dan Swenson, and the ease with which the Finance Director, Mathew Samselski, made the final paperwork, I’d rate this a 10!



From the time I pulled onto the lot until the time I was driving away with my new vehicle was under 2 ½ Hours! If you are looking to get New or Used vehicle I would HIGHLY Recommend that you get in touch with David Schmidt at Superstition Springs Lexus and allow him and the rest of their Great Staff give you the same Red Carpet service which I experienced! You Can’t go wrong!

Friendly staff, very helpful especially that I am a first time car buyer. They are very consistent with follow ups. Representative did everything he can to help fulfill my needs. I would recommend Superstition Springs Lexus.

I have come to the dealership for oil changes and will continue to pay the higher price because I am treated so well. Superstition Springs Lexus answered all of my questions and concerns efficiently and directly. At no time did I feel overwhelmed or get that uncomfortable feeling when discussing financing. There's something to say about business' that are direct and straight to the point, thanks guys.

I bought a brand new Lexus RX 350 from SS Lexus and long story short, they sold me some defective chrome wheels with my brand new vehicle and they not only wouldn't stand behind their product, they were incredibly rude and difficult to work with throughout the entire ordeal. Love this place. All other Lexus dealerships gave up on me and my trade in and Supersitition Springs didn't! I live 200 miles away and dealt with internet salesmen through email and phone, I ended up with a nice vehicle by the end of the day. Recommend this place for sure!
