The blue lights INSIDE of my house serve as a night light for my children, they ARE NOT CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!! Take them down and you'll get a letter the following month staking claim to your collection can being left out on a non collection day. B.S.!!! It was not!!! They are liars!!! Get right and succumb to their outrageous demands and they will fabricate things to write you up about. If I owned this place I would sell it in a heart beat just because of these people!!! I would love to call Pam at ext. 119, but I am confident that this would just make things worse on us. Thanks for being so pleasant to us, we'll never choose to live in anything that has an HOA ever again. On a side note, I would love to drive by your house and tell you how to live and what you can or can't have inside of your house. And even after you regretfully get right by my ridiculous demands, I would love to create stuff to write about!!! Talk about petty!!! GET A FRIGGIN LIFE PAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could leave you less than 1 star, it's just unfortunate that I can't. But hey, according to this site you are now 5 reviews out of 5 with just 1 star.... Where there is smoke, there is fire....

Provided by YPmobileAfter 10 years of homeownership a tenant has moved across the patios who leaves her howling dog outside without water. I have called multiple times to complain & Tricity has done nothing! After ten years of paying my dues on time the LEAST they could do is send someone out to investigate this abuse of the poor dog & the noise levels we are subjected to. This tenant doesn't even own here & her disgusting smoking & noise is bringing down our beautiful neighborhood. Get on it Tricity!

Provided by YP.comTri-City manages our HOA in Scottsdale. Tri-City has not answer questions to some very important repair issues. It seems Tri-City has offered poor advise to our HOA board members which has caused some repair projects to be estimated incorrectly costing the home owners extra unnecessary expenses. Tri-City seems to favor some contractors over others, which results in an improper contract bidding process. Tri-City does not keep our HOA website up to date with notices, current board members or even its own employee which manages our community.
