They delayed and delayed arriving to build a sunroom. When the work crew finally arrived, the lead guy told my wife he was going to do the work his way rather than the agreement. When I came home to see what was going on, within 30 seconds the lead guy went into a 15 minute tirade screaming at the top of his lungs that I was a c***sucker and a c***sucking f**got, repeatedly over and over. Then he threatened to beat me. I had the manager Mark on the phone after about 5 minutes of this and he listened in while this maniac let loose. Then the guy walked off the job after talking with Mark. It took 10 days to get our deposit back and we practically had to pry it out of their hands. They had no other crew and wanted to put us out by another 4-5 weeks.
The most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. They wouldn't even give us the correct name of the lead guy for the police report for threatening me on my own property. Kept coming up with a different name everytime we talked. Walk away from this company as fast as you can.

I got a wood cover recently done by ValleyWide Awnings. They came out a day after I called for an estimate. After they came out, I got a call later that day with the price it would be to get the work done. Within the next week they were there doing the job and they got it done it a timely manner. They were very clean, professional, and had AMAZING quality work. Can't wait to use them for my next project!
