Provided by YP.comBought a 5000k home theatre system in JULY! As of Nov. 20, still have not received the system. 3 months of unscheduled deliveries, showing up with everything BUT the flat screen, finally agreed to a different TV, as the one I purchased was "discontinued". Now, another month and a half later, including multiple calls AND atrip back to the store, still have nothing!
Delivery scheduled for today, neither Magnolia who said call "Geek Squad" or Geek Squad, who said call the store, know anything about me.
Still waiting after 4 months!
I suggest the sales people be REQUIRED to follow up and make sure product has been delivered, installed, and there are no problems.
