CLOSED NOW - Closed

I was referred to this facility by children’s hospital. My initial visit to their facility went well but I was promised a call one week later to setup continued services. It has been 5 weeks and still nothing. I have called multiple times requesting appointments and nothing. I am very disappointed and will ensure Children’s Hospital is made aware so that they stop referring people to this location.
