OPEN NOW - Closes at 7:00pm

We ordered and paid online and choose to pick up at the store at 3pm as the shop closed at 3. We arrived at 3:05 dead on and they call me as i stepped out of my car, the store was locked and the person i was talking to said they already shut down the computer and can't open the door for me to let me pick up my order. What kind of business do this BS unless u are flying an airplane???? She told me to pick it up tomorrow. Girl, its not a chinese take out that i would buy everyday and eat as i want to. The party is tonight! My party is at 5, just because u closed at 3 i come and pick it up just the heck of it. And..... I work for bakery, if u know u hv order that still not picked up and u r about to close the shop, why dont u call them??? Before u closed the store!!! Not after u closed the store??!!! They need to go get customer service n business management 101 lesson again! Its just so wack! We think they closed before 3, and abviously she isnt in the store.
