I told the owner what I wanted but when I picked up my puppy I was absolutely livid and so dissapointed. She didn't do anything I asked. I had asked that she leave the coat 1 inch long. She came close to shaving my puppy! She said " oh I didn't realize I had the wrong size blade until I was half through." That last thing I said to her before dropping my puppy off was Don't cut hair off tail or face. She shaved her tail 4 to 5 inches up from the bottom leaving the end. Her face looks gapped.I asked that she clean hair on feet/ toes. She didn't. When I asked why she cut the hair on her tail she first said she didn't. I said yes you did. You cut half of it. Then she said oh it had some knots. I told her no she did not. There's not a way to leave no stars or I would.

I have been using Muttmuffin for several years and I could not ask for a better experience. Shawn is very friendly and is an excellent groomer. My dog loves Shawn also. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
