The worst cc processor company. They always change and charge different fees and if you do not check the statement, you never know about these charges. In addition, they canceled our membership suddenly and without notifying us, they debited from our bank account $ 852.95, when I saw the debit in the account, call them to ask about it, they told me it was because we had not processed cards for a month and half, I explained that it was not our responsibility since the satellital machine was broken, and we sent it to them to fix it, meanwhile they were going to send us another to continue working but always said that it would be ready. That was a big problem for our bussines. Although I explained everything, they canceled anyway, we were never warned about your decision, we only found the debit in the account suddenly.
As if it was not enough, a few days before we had also debited $ 99.99 for the annual renewal and neither wanted to refund us even though we were not going to continue working because they did cancel the membership,. They did not care the customers , we worked with them for several years despite the problems we had during that time and they do not care.

Horrible company.Watch out for Sam Saka a real piece of work.A lying thief from Miami Beach.I was referred by a lawyer friend of mine.what a mistake.My rating shows 1 star as you cannot leave a lower rating.Also we are out looking for Mr.Saka so if you see him let me know.Thank You.
