Terrible Quality!

I purchased a bed from them about 9 months ago the bed cost me almost $3000.00 Here we are 9 months later and I need to go purchase another one. The bed in sinking in the middle and there is no way to lay on either side of the bed without ending up in the middle from the whole that has formed there. I have made several attemps to talk to someone about it and all I get is a run around! TERRIBLE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!
