This is a Criminal Defense Forensic Polygraph Service conducting examinations since 1981. The Owner, Thomas W. K. Mote, is former Miami-Dade Police Homicide Detective with 13 years of Homicide Investigative experience and has conducted numerous Capital Felony and Felony Examinations. He is a Qualified Expert Witness in both Federal and State Courts. He is a full member of the American Polygraph Association and the Florida Polygraph Association. He retired in 1997 after 32 years of Law Enforcement experience, 7 years in Detroit, Michigan and 25 years in Miami, Florida. After retirement he developed a private practice and conducts examinations for criminal defense cases, commercial economic loss and pre-employment issues as well as for domestic issues. He is a bilingual examiner for Spanish speaking clients and conducts test in other languages via interpreters. He has considerable experience testing in foreign countries such as the Carribean, Central and South America.
