horrible experience

Firstly the first review is by the lady who works the desk there. Secondly she gave me the worst customer service ever. She was rude and lied straight to me. When asked if i could get a transmission fluid lowered she said no i had to pay 240 for a transmission flush. I went out and asked the mechanic and he said ok. She is not a mechanic or a professional employee so dont waste your time with her. The mechanics there are excellent and knowledgeable. The one star is only meant to represent the sales staff that works inside
