Delaware First FCU was great, as was Gemco. Since the merge with DEXSTA, i have been very disappointed. I have a money market account, I get no interest and I have twice overdrawn my checking account. I was charged $30 each time, rather than deduct it from one of my other 2 accounts even though I requested overdraft protection.. I closed my money market account and moved it to a smaller, more friendly credit union.

DEXSTA is THE WORST credit union I've ever known. They go out of their way the be un-usable, un-friendly and bureaucratic. This bank cancelled my daughter's debit card when she tried to use it out of state, leaving her without a penny and no access to any money to buy meals and pay for transportation. Even after both of us spoke directly to the debit card department several times, DEXSTA still refused to reactivate her card. She did not get a replacement until after 4 weeks. This was a total nightmare. Stay away from DEXSTA. We are leaving!!
