I stay at this hotel for 3-4 days every month and I reserve my room also. This time in Jan 2016 I reserved my room and when I got there I only had a reservation for 2 nights they reserved it to someone else!! I used to like this hotel but the receptionist and the manager argued with me and I had an email confirmation!! Never again!! I will take my business elsewhere!! Horrible manager and horrible receptionist!! I gave it 1 star only because I had to!

I stayed at this hotel in June 2015. The stay was fine. Room fine. I do have an issue with the manager of that location. I needed to speak with Paul. I have been able to speak with Paul about the item I lost 3 times. He was knowledgeable about the item(he had it). Each time he said he would call me back and never did. I believe he is a bad excuse for a manager when it comes to personal customer service.

The most pleasant stay I've ever had.. Gabrielle in housekeeping was extremely polite and kind. Wonderful staff all the way around . I will stay here every time I visit Middletown Ohio
