Although Accurate Tank Testing was very prompt with the oil tank inspection report, I would not recommend them due to their unprofessionalism. When we made the appointment, we told them that we would be at the inspection. However, the inspector arrived half an hour early and decided to go ahead with the inspection as the real estate agent was there to open the door even though we were the people who hired him for the service. The inspector didn't even have the decency of waiting until the agreed upon time. When I called the office to complain, the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me and basically told me I was wrong.
