    Customer beware! Had work done recently to fix a commercial overhead heater. Via a commercial inspection of our unit ($120 diagnostic fee), they found a part that needed to be replaced. Was charged $278 for part. I found that I could purchase the OEM part online for $38 from a variety of reliable suppliers. I contacted their office regarding the 7X markup on part cost and was given a line of bull as to why the part was billed out at $278, then told "oh well". I will never use this company again. They also market their company under S & S Mechanical Services and Atco Heating.
