It doesn't get any easier, when a customer calls and gives you the stock number to pull from another dealership you call them back and ask when will you be able to pick it up? I suppose we all have our off days, but they lost the sale to another dealership as a result of it.

I drive from Hampton, VA to Midlothian, VA (approx 75 miles) to is have my BMW serviced at Richmond BMW. That alone is a testament to the service and professionalism of this dealership. Very knowledgeable staff coupled with first rate service. Estimates are accurate and work completed as promised. Can trust your BMW with this dealership.
