My experience with this florist was not good. I ordered flowers for my fathers memorial service. The florist said the flowers I wanted were received in poor quality but instead of calling me and asking me for a different alternative, they used the bad flowers anyway. By the day of the service two of the arrangements looked dead and one arrangement didn't even have any of the specific focal flower we wanted. They offered no apologies, no credits, no hint of sympathy. We will not use this florist again nor will we ever recommend it to anyone we know!

We sent flowers to a funeral home after our neighbor passed away. His wife absolutely loved the flowers and brought me in to her home to see them several days after the visitation. Wow. I was so impressed with the beautiful arrangement! It was neat to be able to see how well they turned out and how long they were lasting. Thank you for helping us to honor for our neighbor with a way to give his wife some smiles in the tough days of adjusting ahead.

Absolutely wonderful service! I sent flowers to a coworker in the hospital and they arrived within 3 hours of placing the order. The coworker said the flowers were gorgeous! I will defiantly order with Harbour Pointe Florist for all future needs!

I sent flowers to my girlfriend and the flower arrangment from this florist was outstanding. the roses were extremely fresh and lasted exceptionally long. delivered in a glass vase and on time. i have called other florists in the area and could not even get a local delivery set up for same day delivery. These folks are aces!

I recently bought a spring wreath for my door and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! I also had them to make me a corsage for my sons prom date and that to was wonderful!! I will go back again. They are very friendly and helpful.
