Pinned my bridesmaid dress directly to the hanger! Through the fabric! Didn't bother using any of the three hang up straps! Lost a snap off a 1600.00 wedding dress and refused to that ownership of their error. When you call they don't introduce their business. They just say "hello" I had to confirm I was calling the cleaners. Told me it would be 4 days but then told me I had to pick it up in 7days. Horrible service!! Will Never go back.
