Never get alterations done here. I took my daughter's prom dress in to get altered. The next day I received a voicemail with the quoted price. When I went to pick up the dress, they charged me $15 more than the original quote. I never received a phone call to inform me of the increased quote. When I questioned the difference in price, the woman said, "It's not my problem", in a very rude tone. The quality of the job was also less than professional. I'll definitely never recommend to anyone.
