The don't represent you. All they care about is how to make more commission with higher incentive. Very dishonest realtor. Take 3 days to manually review the contract before signing and make sure attorney look at your contract as well. Don't ask realtor to explain, they don't disclose everything until you are about to walk. Then you know you are hooked. They broke my mom's heart on her first home. The realtor push you all the way and take advantage of you are inexperienced.
