In the past few weeks Panera's...

In the past few weeks Panera's on Bard McNeer Pkwy has steadily shown examples of "going down" in customer service, soup selection and cleaniness! I ordered a Thai Chicken salad tonite and it was missing Edamame, red peppers, and carrotts..I asked the gentleman if maybe I was missing some tomato since all this was missing and he told me the edamame was both red and green and that was all I was missing..I wasn't please with service/dirty tables!!! nor food!!

Usually I like Panera Bread Cafes, but the one at Brad McNeer Pkwy leaves a lot to be desired.

Lately they leave ingredients out of their salads. Last week I ordered a salad that was suppose to have

dried cherries in it and they forgot the cherries. Today I ordered a Fandango salad to go, and when I got home

I discovered they forgot the dressing!! Every one can have an off day, but two weeks in a row?
