A Horrible Experience!!!

A 10 year a family tradition ended this year (2013) due to the lack of professional staff and poor customer service from the photographer, store manager and the customer service line for Portrait Innovation, Polo Place. The photographer was rude, rushed and failed to understand the important fact that it is the customer creating a memory...not her (AMY)!!! The store manager (MELISSA), after making several excuses in defense of her employee, assured me she would correct this and call the following day after she called ‘corporate’ and she has never returned the call, or been available when I have called. Her staff refused to give a name, number or regional manager for me to call for assistance and gave the wrong number for customer service; which I located myself. This proved to be even more disappointing as the customer service agent's response was 'what do you want me to do about it?' Disappointment and disbelief are the two nicest things I can say after I spent over $400, and my memory books were arranged by a stranger, who didn't have the courtesy to ask which photos to use, or what order to arrange the in for individual groups. Then further failed to listen, and placed Black and White photos and poses not even selected in the book after being asked not to use any B&W photos. Not to mention that the photographer (AMY) had the nerve to tell me that if I didn't like the $80 canvas I could just "throw it away". I do not know what happened to this franchise/company but they have lost a longtime customer forever. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this photography site as they have clearly lost the understanding of customer service, and creating not ruin family memories. ---A very disappointed and not so Merry Christmas customer (2013).

The absolute best!!!

We have been taking our family here since our childrenn were born. We usually go every 3 months or so. The pictures are always wonderful and the staff is usually very good with little children. No sitting fees, they let you change clothes, and you cannot beat the price! Definitely worth a try!
