The worst manicure I've ever had. If you want to have a good experience at Solar Nails, stay clear of the young girl with a major attitude problem.

Saturday morning my mother, sister and I decided to get manicures. I opted to do traditional polish over gel. I don't usually keep color on my nails, and don't really like how gel damages my nail when it starts to peel off. This is a personal preference, I understand that many people like the longevity of gel polish. IMO a good manicure is to groom your nails and hands, not just for color.

My choice to use traditional polish seemed to really upset the young girl doing my manicure. From that point forward she was rude, short with me, and very agitated. It was beyond uncomfortable! She rushed through the manicure, spending all of five mins on me, slapped the polish on messy and was done.

Throughout she made nasty comments, for example when my nails were drying she told me "your nails will chip probably today or tomorrow so...". Which may be true but was clearly meant to insult me.

I will add that the two ladies who did my mom and sisters nails were kind and did a nice job.
