I have been a customer of Stuart Rolfe for about 5 to 6 years now. I found them on Angie's List and when I first started going there I really liked them. I have taken my car and 3 of my children's cars there for various maintenance and repair. The last couple of times I've gone there have been terrible. They are the most un-personable people with no responsiveness at all. I have to call them over and over to get any answers and their prices have gotten completely outrageous. The last time I was in I asked them to check on an engine light that was coming on. I even gave them the code. They charge me $189.00 to check out the car when I did not want to spend $1800 for the repair.



I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone!

I have taken my vehicles to Stuart Rolfe for years, with good results. Stuart is friendly, the service is fast and competitively priced. I give them only 3 stars because in the last year, the quality of repair has been slacking. I took my Buick in to get the head gasket replaced, and it was returned with several newly broken parts, with no explanation.
