Me and my boyfriend made a 7pm reservation for a Saturday night. We made the reservation only a few hours prior, but the hostess said it wouldn't be a problem. We went straight there from a play, so we weren't super dressed up (jeans and a dressy top) but not looking horrible either. It took 10 minutes for even someone to acknowledge us. We had several servers pass us and say nothing. Finally, the owner came up and said can I help you? I was thinking, well yeah we are standing at your hostess desk, we are here to dine. We then continued to tell her we had reservations and she said we didn't have any. She continued to try to look puzzled and flip through papers, but still said we didn't have anything. She said we could sit by the bar and wait, but everyone at the bar is waiting for a table AND has reservations. So we walked up to the bar and decided to take our business somewhere else, considering they didn't want it. I really wish I would have said something to the owner, but instead we went to The Pasta Tree, which is amazing, and spent our $125 there instead!!!! They never had my business and never will!!!!!
