With two grown children, seven grandchildren, a great deal of nursing home employment, plus years of volunteering, and a real estate career, I've found I have too much energy and interest in our young people to "retire"! Good childcare has always been important, but we need more qualified and understanding people to look into their "innocent" faces, doing our best to make sure life is important to them. Care is the ultimate.
