I was a customer for about 8 years, then they washed their hands of me

I was an customer of Imaging Path for many years. We never had issue with them, though we never really asked much of them either. When it came time to do some due diligence, I researched a competitive bid for our print services. It came it considerably better than what I was paying Imaging Path. I contacted Imaging Path and gave them a chance to provide a competitive quote. They never really responded. After a few attempts, I gave up on them and went with the much better deal with another company. Then I contacted Imaging Path to get a copy of my contract because the new company was going to buy out the remainder. No response. Another attempt to contact. No response. I contacted their billing and contract departments directly. They assured me I'd have a copy. No response. I tried again. No response. I called again and asked for a supervisor. I was transferred to Pat Nutes, Controller. She told me how sorry she was and ASSURED me I would have a copy of my contract soon. No response. I contacted her again and left a message. No response. It's now been near a month that we have been paying on a contract we don't need or want anymore simply because Imaging Path washed their hands of us afte many years of faithful partnership. Dispicable business practice! BEWARE! If you aren't in their good graces, Imaging Path will dump you like so much garbage and stick you with the bill.

Fatastic team and great service

We started working with Steve Norenberg at Imaging Path in 2008 and we've been extremely satisfied ever since. Their service techs are always on time and get the job done right. We are moving to their new managed document services in 2011 and my AR/AP team is excited to get things moving. I have all faith that they'll take good care of us for another year.Kudos to Steve!
