I had a terrible experience with them. What should have been a four hour move with two people turned into a 7 hr one with three, costing me much more than estimated. Then they packed some of my things irresponsibly putting heavy things on top of delicate ones. or putting scratchable surfaces against one another without covering them. When I reported the damage, the owner refused to do anything. And the reason I paid their much higher prices is they advertise themselves as insured. They have many "5 star reviews".
