I went in today for a oil change and the man at the front counter was so rude when I walked in the store he didnt even greet me and he seemed irritated I will not be going here again

I wanted the shop to swap two tires on my car. The original size is 185/65/15 and I wanted to put 195/60/15 which is the right size for the same car with the optional bigger engine. The person at the counter told me that he can't do it because of liability reasons which I understand completely. Other shops told me the same thing so I wasn't surprised. In all honesty if this was my shop I wouldn't probably do it as well. Well, next thing this person told me is that running different size tires on my car will...get ready...damage my differential,tranny and axles! I told him that I agree with his opinion BUT it applies to a AWD or 4WD cars only. He promptly disagreed. According to him if my tires are spinning with different speeds it will damage the above mentioned parts. I tried telling him that the front tires and the rear ones are not connected at all(rear wheel drive Mercedes) and what he's saying doesn't make sense. The phone rang and he simply cut me off...Dont take your car there.
