Services I provide include: individual psychotherapy, family and relationship counseling, spiritually integrated therapy and clinical hypnosis. Issues I commonly address in my practice include, but are not limited to: (1) emotional struggles like depression, anxiety, and anger; (2) family & relationship issues, (3) spiritual concerns like depth, meaning and belief in one's Higher Power; (4) exploration of personal identity, including sexual identity and personal fulfillment and (5) difficulty with life transitions such as career change or adjusting to loss. In addition, I am a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional providing assessments and referrals to drug and alcohol treatment services for employees of companies regulated by the Department of Transportation.
