never getting enough coffee in the cup! FILL IT TO THE TOP!

For the past 3 weeks I have frequented the Deephaven/Minnetonka store and requesting that the cup be filled to the top and received NO SUCH LUCK! Today (11-08-10) I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 medium dark roast, filled to the top with cream on the side.

I drove downtown to my meeting and presented my clients with coffee cups that were ONLY 2/3 full. Come on you guys - you are missing the MARK. I always tip generously and trusted that my order would be filled accordingly. I should have checked the level of coffee in the cup before I left the drive thru but since I requested it I figured it would be filled to the top! Today is a Monday and I know a very busy day but fill the coffee to the top, especially if the customer requests it!

Despite lack of coffee in the cup, (the reason I frequent your establishment) the employees are usually very courteous.
