appallingly awful customer service

The management did not take the key off the storage unit, as they were supposed to - though they had two weeks to do so and they said it would only be "a few days". When I went to the office to ask the manager for help, the manager hid in the back of the office and refused to answer the door or the phone. She came out and swore at me when I knocked on the windows; she threatened to call the police (I suppose because I woke her up from her nap and expected her to do her job?). I was there during posted business hours - 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday, when the office is supposedly open until 5:00. I called Public Storage's customer service for a refund, but have been blown off repeatedly. Finally I reversed the charges on my credit card. These people don't deserve your business!!
