Provided by YP.comThe Manager refused to do an observation even though the MRO requested it. This facility uses the clerks from the C-store when necessary for observation services. These observers are looking at the ceiling rather than where they are supposed to be looking.
They sub-contract the consortium services to another company, so you are paying that companies fees plus the add-on cost for SecurScreen.
