Back in February, 2013 my condo was broken into by, what I found out later to be, a well-organized gang of drug dealers who were also thieves with criminal backgrounds living and/or visiting on a regular basis in my gated community. I sustained a heavy financial loss as well as vandalism to my automobile by the same criminals with priors. I presented my case to Mr. Demos along with documentation/evidence indicating provable liability and he agreed to handle the Civil Litigation against my Building Association and POA!
