I rented a limousine to take my husband and his friends to a cubs game and it was great the driver was very nice and dressed in a great black suit. The limo was very clean and glasses were all clean. The service was over and beyond what we expected! Thank You for great service I see why you are in business so many years!

My friends and I took a trip to Chicago several weeks ago. The driver arrived 10 minutes early and was dressed in a black suit and tie, he was friendly and helped with all the luggage. The problem was the car was dirty on the outside. The inside was clean and the glasses shined. The seats were torn and the radio did not work. the heater blew cold air when turned on high when we complained to the driver he aplogized and then told us to turn the blower down to medium and it would then blow warm air, it did but this isn't right and if this company intends to stay in buisness it should make its cars reflect its standards. We won't use them again.
