The worst attitudes, got rid of my kids home videos after only 2 months behind without telling me... Exact words of manager "I don't care, you can give us bad reviews all day!"

They are very unprofessional and uncourtesy. During some struggles in my life and a damaged phone I was unable to get ahold of them or get my stuff.. I was finally able to get a new phone they left a message on a Wednesday that had 48 hours to get ahold of them.. I call me later that night saying I will be in on Friday when I called Friday at 130 they said they are in all of my stuff at 1130, and said I should have been in before 1130 they never notified me of this time and no one called me after I left a message.. If you store stuff here and you struggle for a month good luck they will auction it..
