Good at first...

I have ordered from this store frequently (even more than once in a day) for the past 2 mos. Everything was flawless. Then today they charged me for extra cheese (which I always get) and didn't follow the normal directions for the order. I called up to tell them and the rude kid who answered the phone didn't even say anthing but "oh...sorry" even tho I paid for the extra cheese. Then a long pause as I waited for her to resolve the situation. Nothing. I asked to speak to the manager and with major attitude she responded with "uh huh". The manager got on and offered to remake and resend the sandwiches. Then the other kid showed up at the door with an attitude and asked for the other sandwiches back (I had thrown them out) and acted like we were trying to get over on them. By law they have to toss them anyway. Not even a cookie extra or a sincere apology. No more of my $ will go to this business. Food is good but customer service is severely lacking and I won't be disrespected by some jerk kid with a summer job and a chip on their shoulder.
