Dr. Richards really cares for the patients needs and helps them overcome any pain or discomfort they go through! Very sweet and nice!

Everyone is so happy and nice. it has a really close family feeling through out the whole office. from dr the front desk they look like they actually enjoy their jobs. every time i come in and leave i have to tell everyone i met about how amazing every one in the office and how funny and nice the people are. Very quick on the diagnosis and had it taken care of that day with no problems. was more then willing to stop and answer any question i had and tell to me in a way that i could actually understand.

Over all just an amazing time and just amazing people my favorite dr office that I have ever been to.

After understanding my diagnosis, I was provided options and instruction for how to move forward. Post operation, I have received phone calls both from Dr. Richards and staff inquiring to how I am feeling, making me feel welcomed and secure.

I was very comfortable with doctor Richards. The surgery went well with very little pain after surgery. I was up and going again in a couple of days. He and the whole team are great.

Overall surgery experience went as well as it could have, far better than expected. Healed up great.

From my first appointment to the surgery and after surgery was great, they know what they are doing.

Good Experience

The procedure was done with the robotic method. I was up and around the same day, with minimal discomfort. At two weeks I feel great.

Dr. Richards was amazing. He was very professional and skilled. I was nervous about the recovery time from stories I had heard and seen. With the robotic inguinal hernia procedure I was doing chores the next day and within a week I exercising again. Thank you for everything Dr. Richards! I would recommend this to anyone with a hernia.

I had a pea sized bump on my knee. It became painful. Dr, Richards removed it in office. It was the first time i had been to him. I was refered by Dr. Clancy Clone. If i need other service I will be back.

this was by far the best western medicical exoerience i have ever had.

I don't like pain, so, based on the stories I've heard in the past about Hernia Surgery, I was reluctant to get this done.

However . . .

I am very happy with the pre-op appointment, entire out patient and post-op appointment, as well as, his staff. Dr. Richards builds confidence, is efficient and caring. Without going into detail, I see he values me as an individual and I consider him a friend. He will have several recommendations from me as he was recommended to me by a close friend.
