MACC, also known as Moberly Area Community College, offers a variety of educational services to more than 4,000 students annually. The college, founded in 1927 and located in Moberly, Mo., provides day and evening classes, on- and off-campus courses and dual credit programs, as well as a variety of support services. It offers honors courses in various areas, including African-American literature, American history, conservation biology, English literature, philosophy and sociology. The college s educational programs and services include college transfer and technical programs, and developmental and continuing education. Its range of support services for students includes academic counseling, assessment, career planning and placement assistance, library and learning resources, financial aid and co-curricular activities.
