I am assuming the company is making sales goals as there was no attempt made to enhance guest consumer experience. I was not greeted when I walked into store. Not one sales associate approached me the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. I saw a beautiful gown for around $800.00 but decided not to spend my money at a store lacking guest service.
