JHCrossTraining is committed to transforming ordinary individuals into healthy active people living a full life. These are high intensity MMA/Crossfit style workouts that are designed to keep your heart rate up and your body moving. All of my clients recieve a meal plan and grocery shopping list, monthly measurements and body fat analysis, and additional workouts for when your unable to attend sessions.
