Professional estimating services is awesome. They contacted me and were able to meet me on my schedule either at home or at my work. The report was very accurate and the professionalism was outstanding. If I ever have another accident I hope it is one of professional estimating services guys that come out to appraise my vehicle instead of a staff agent.

Mr. Stewart of PES was used to "help" in my diminished value claim. As it turns out he is on the side of the insurance companies and almost certainly getting kick backs from them based on the incredibly inaccurate report. His appraisal of my vehicle was so far off it was rediculous. The amount he claimed my vehicle to be worth both pre and post collision was laughable. I have now had more than 10 dealerships and multiple other professional sources that are independent of the insurance companies review Mr. Stewart's appraisal and have ALL found it to be the worst they have ever seen and not in any way accurate. If you need an independent diminished value appraisal you should choose a two year old before using PES and Mr. Stewart!
